Packaging & Shipping
Packing:
Common packing and metal box packing for selection(Packing can also be customized).
1. Common packing: products to be packed in opp bag and then in bubble bag, then in the export master carton
2. Metal box packing: product to be packed in the metal box, then in the export master carton(this shows the products top grade).
Shipping:
Many friends concern about the shipping cost, normally the goods will send out through DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx(door to door) if you donot have a domestic forwarder in China. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.

1. What is your best price for this watch?
The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.
2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 500 PCS per model per color.
If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.
3. What's the delivery time?
For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed.
For customized order, quantity within 3000PCs, production time is 25-40 days after confirm details.
Above 3000 PCS, please contact us directly.
4. Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’needs.
5. What about the warranty?
We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.
6. To what depth are your watches water resistant?
Our watches are water resistant from 30,50,100,120,150,200 to 300 meters, depending on the type of watch.
Please understand that watches’ water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed. It may notably be affected by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.
