The ball mill machine is usually applied in the comminution stage as a grinding mill to reduce the size of the feed. It can be applied in both primary and secondary grinding stage. According to the process conditions, the ball mill can be divided into wet balls mill and dry ball mills.
Applicable Materials

Cement, silicate, gold ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz stone, chromium, new building materials, refractory materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, glass ceramics, etc.
Product Structure
The important parts of the ball mill include the inlet, discharge, drum, ring gear, electric motor, gearbox, balls, and bearings. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, with replaceable liners. The large gear is cast and processed with rolling teeth. The cylinder is lined with wear-resistant plates, providing excellent wear resistance.

The material is fed into the first hopper by the feeding equipment through the hollow shaft spiral. The hopper is equipped with stepped or corrugated liners and filled with steel balls, which grind the material under the action of centrifugal force. After coarse grinding in the first hopper, the material enters the second hopper through a single-layer partition board, where it is further ground by steel balls on a flat scale plate. The powder is discharged from the grate plate, completing the milling process.
