There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.

The first and bottom layers are laminated TPU. They are waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layers are easy to weld by HF welding machines and hot air welding machines

The middle layer is basic fabric. It’s 600D polyester oxford fabric with high tearing strength and tensile strength.

 

 

 

 

This TPU tarpaulin could be widely used in inflating boat, life raft, oil tank, water tank,water bucket, water bladder, Oxygen chamber, inflatable jack, airbag… etc.

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.

Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.

Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
