Ammonia-acid NPK fertilizer making machines use the chemical reaction of liquid ammonia and sulfuric acid to produce fertilizer granules.It is widely used by domestic and oversesa large scale manufacture factories.

Characteristics of ammonia-acid process NPK fertilizer making machine

• Granulation temperature is high,less steam consumption,use the chemical reaction of materials to better temperature 65 ℃ to 70 ℃.
• High rate of being ball,reasonably control the granulation materials PH value.
• Granulation materials moisture low 4.0% or less,reduce the dry load and the energy consumption.
• Raw materials is strong adaptability ,it can adapt to various kinds and nutrient of compound fertilizer production,especially high nitrogen fertilizer production,and eliminates the urea melting process.
