Introduction:

The multiple specification cam controllers are produced by us with reference to the imported products .It has compact structure, reliable performance, by adjusting the relative angle of the cam and cam field angle, you can wirte the control program,etc.

The inner of the cam is installed with electronic proximity switch,the induction surface is close to cam piece-assembly,but not touching, running without spark, no pressure, and can quickly send out electrical commands to drive the load.

The electronic cam controller, electronic master controller as the devices of the automation controller system, it can be used for press machine,welding machines, automatic assembly line, packaging machinery, transportation machinery, mining machinery, rolling mill, pushers-machine, elevators, flying shear,etc.

The electronic cam controller, electronic master controller is used for the circuit of AC 50Hz, working voltage 90-250V,DC voltage 10-30V. The controller can be used directly or through a reduction of the speed ,and connected to operating mechanism .The electronic controller proximity switches according to the route of operating mechanism or the turn angle can close or break by a certain turn. The controller’s basic element include a cam pulse plate, dial, angle adjusting plate, electronic proximity switches ,etc .There is a spacer between them .And they are connected with dia bulgy by dial keyway.The pulse disc is consist of two half 3mm disk ,it is fixed connected with dia, and is protected by outer cover.
