1. Brief introduction

The production line is to produce bitumen waterproof membrane.

Bitumen waterproof membrane production line could produce SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproof membranes(Asphalt Felt).

Bitumen Membrane (Bituminous Membrane) is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, such as roof, basement, toilet, bridge, park, swimming pool, tunnel for waterproof and moisture-proof. Bitumen is kind of hydrocarbon and is created naturally from crude oil. It is a useful carbon store and does not generate greenhouse gases. The membrane is therefore a sustainable way of storing carbon on the Earth's surface.

2. Technological process

1.scale: 100/200/300/500/1000/1200million sqm/year,all kinds of modified bitumen waterproof membrane.  

2. basement: polyester mat, fiberglass mat, compound.
3. modified material: SBS, APP, Rubber Powder.
4. surface materials: PE and metal foil, sand, mineral.
  1) one side is PE, other side is aluminum foil.

  2) two sides are PE.
  3) decorated with decorative pattern or plane.

  4) one side sand coated.
 5.production thickness: 2.0mm-4.0mm.
 6.product line speed: 4m-45m/min (adjustable).
 7.fuel consumption: 1,500,000kcal/h, thermal efficiency≥88%.

3. Finished product

SBS APP modified bitumen membrane production line/making machine

Bitumen - Mixed with rubber powder, talc powder. Meanwhile polymers are added to the bitumen such as APP (atactic polypropylene) a plastic additive that gives rigidity and tear resistance or SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) a rubber additive that gives more elastic benefits. At last it to be covered with limestone or sand or PE film or aluminum film.

6. Product Application

Where to use:

1) Roof and underground in industrial and civil buildings, wall, toilet.

2) Bridge, subway, tunnel, swimming pool, etc.

3) Waste landfill, sewage plant, irrigation system, etc.

How to use:

1) Clean.
2) Brush foundation.
3) Heat surface of waterproof membrane with flame spraying equipment.
4) Roll waterproof membrane hard, edges should be covered at least 10cm.
5) Press waterproof membrane hard, make it be firm.
