The gas conveyed by the centrifugal fan is air or other gas that is not spontaneously combustible, non-volatile, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials. At the same time, the gas must not contain viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles shall not exceed 150mg/m3 , And the gas temperature must not exceed 80°C.

Centrifugal fan specifications and models, fan installation and use

Before installation: A comprehensive inspection should be carried out on the components of the fan, whether the components are firmly connected, and whether the transmission components operate flexibly.

During installation: the connection of the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan should be adjusted so that they fit naturally, and must not be forcibly connected. If necessary, a soft connection can be used.

After installation: 1) Manual cranking should be performed to check whether the fan is running flexibly and whether there is any collision before trial operation.

2) In order to prevent the motor from being burnt due to overload, the fan must be started under no load when starting, and the load should be gradually increased if the condition is good.

Operation of the fan:

1) The air inlet should be closed before the fan is started.

2) Check whether all parts of the fan are normal.
