18m Bus Spray Booth

Superiority
Our BH-1800 18m bus spray booth is designed with a view to the requirements of high-end customers. It can be used for the maintenance and production of varied transportation facilities, such as trains, large-sized trucks, non-standard large workpieces, and the large bus of 18m, among others.

Features
1. This 18m bus spray booth puts to use three sets of RG5S burners, which come from Italy Riello brand.

2. Six sets of 7.5kW centrifugal fans are used to supply air, while three sets of 15kW belt-driven fans with large impeller serve to exhaust the air. Then, the air circulation ratio inside the chamber is guaranteed, and the paint mist is discharged easily.

3. The wallboard of the chamber is coordinated with the steel column and the composite beam. The flame-retardant polystyrene insulation board is 75mm thick, and the color coated steel plate is 0.476mm thick.

4. Moreover, our 18m bus spray booth adopts Philips light tubes, all of which are equipped with the renowned-brand electronic ballast. These light tubes can offer a much more stable performance than the previously used electronic lamps.

Options
1. A three-dimensional trolley driven by power can be optionally installed.
2. This product can be purchased without a trench. The return air can be obtained from the side.

Trench1. Two rows of the trench are used for discharging the air. 
2. Each row of the trench has the dimension of 16000×840mm (L×W). 
3. The trench is covered with the galvanized floor grating.
Front Door1. There are four single doors in all. 
2. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is formed of the coated steel plate. 
3. The EPS board acts as the wall panel.
Service Door1. There are two service doors with the dimension of 700×2000mm (W×H). 
2. The door is provided with the pressure lock.
Chamber1. The wall is installed with the steel reinforcing rib, and the ceiling is mounted with the steel composite beam. 
2. The insertion type polystyrene board possesses great fire resistance and outstanding thermal insulation. The wallboard is 75mm thick and 1150mm wide. The color coated steel plate has the thickness of 0.476mm.
3. The roof plate is constructed from the EPS insulation board of 50mm thick.
Cabinet1. The outer layer is the externally sprayed plate. The inner layer is the galvanized steel plate. The middle layer gives the function of heat preservation. 
2. The framework is constructed from the coated section bar. 
3. The air is supplied from the side, and discharged from the back.
Air Supply System (3 sets)1. Our 18m bus spray booth comes with 3 sets of double-inlet centrifugal fans for supplying air. Each set has two centrifugal fans.
2. The fan possesses the model of YDW5.6M, the power of 7.5kW, and the flow rate of 20,000m3/h.
Air Exhaust System (3 sets)1. This system comprises three sets of 11kW centrifugal type large-impeller exhaust fans with the model of 4-82. The motor is built externally. Moreover, this fan is driven by a belt, and its air capacity reaches 32,000m3/h. 
2. The exhaust duct consists of the superior-quality galvanized steel plate and the professionally manufactured flange. In addition, it is assembled with a manually adjustable damper.
Heating System (3 sets)1. The heating system embodies three sets of RG5S type Riello burners with the maximum heating value of 780,000Kcal/h. 
2. The exchanger is formed by the high-grade SUS304 stainless steel by adoption of argon arc welding technology.
3. The heat generator is subjected to the surface coating process.
4. The electronic actuator is imported from Switzerland with original packaging. It can realize the automatic changeover of spraying and curing. 
5. The highest temperature is 80 degrees Celsius.
Filter System1. The intake air is roughly filtered. 
2. This filter system contains the high-class ceiling filter, the glass fiber filter, as well as the activated carbon being placed horizontally.
Illumination System1. Side of the Ceiling: 22 groups × 4 pieces=88pcs 36W Philips light tubes
2. Side of the Waist: 18 groups × 2 pieces =36pcs 36W Philips lamps
3. Each unit of the special-purpose electronic ballast can be connected with two light tubes.
4. The light intensity is 800Lux.
Electric Control System1. This system is controlled by a push-button panel. The main circuit is designed with multiple protective functions.
2. Our 18m bus spray booth is equipped with the lighting switch, temperature and time settings, room-temperature or constant-temperature paint spraying, paint-curing switch, emergency stop switch, failure alarming, timer, temperature limiter, and more.

Diesel Oil Burner of Spray Booth
During the drying process, the oil nozzle of the burner can make fuel oil be atomized, which allows flame to be formed with the help of electric spark. A flame burns in a stainless-steel heat exchanger, and then the thermal energy is formed.

Gas Burner of Spray Booth
In the paint spraying process, the gas nozzle of the burner serves to eject the fuel gas. After electric spark ignition, flame can be formed. A flame burns in a stainless-steel heat exchanger, and then the thermal energy is formed.

Hot Water and Steam Heater of Spray Booth
The hot water and steam heater of spray booth refers to the finned-tube air heat exchanger. It is mainly used for heating air in the drying system, thus being the major device for heating air. The radiator can use steam, hot water, or heat-transfer oil as the thermal medium.
