Chemistry:
Polycarboxylate based superplasticizer is the third generational cement plasticizer which advance developed from lignosulfonate calcium type and Naphthalene type plasticizer.SUNBO PC-2030 is a modify powder type polycarboxylate superplasticizer researched by new technology.It is a green environmental product with good comprehensive index and no pollution.

PC- 2030 is the latest powder type polycarboxylate superplasticizer with much lower air content developed fromthe type PC-1030 polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder.

Characteristic: Super low air content , good dispensability, high water reduction rate, excellent adaptability with kinds of cement.
This product is in line with the national standard GB8076-2008 for concrete superplasticizer index.

4. Fields of Application

 Mainly used in ready-mix dry mortar . It includes: cement and no-shrinking self-leveling floor and no-shrinking grouts , pile
pressure grouts, emery sand wear resistant floor. Also, it can be used for high fluidity self-compacting concrete etc.
5. Packaging
- Powder: 25kgs/ plastic sealed bag ; 25kgs/ fiber drum
6. Usage/ Storage/ Transport
Usage: Keep the product away from eyes,mouth and skin carefully during use.Protective gloves and glasses are recommended.
Rinse out with plenty of water after accidentally touched.
Storage: The powder form absorb moisture easily.It should be stored in its unopened packaging,please be store dry at usual
ambient temperature and protect from excessive heat.(below 40℃). Don't stack up too high.
Transport: Handle with care to avoid breakage when moving. Keep from moisture when transporting. This product is non-toxic,non-irritating,no-combustible.
Shelf Life: 1 year for powder form , 6 months for liquid form( the liquid form product should be used up as soon as possible after opened package).
