Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are the manufacturer for barn door hardware with 12 years. And our factory is located in Shanghai China. We would very welcome if you would like to visit our factory. 

Q2. How long is your delivery time?

A:Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q3. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample but not for free and do not pay the cost of freight, if you place an officical order later on, we can refund the sample fee to you.

Q4. hat is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipping. For the sample order could be paid via Paypal.

Q5. How to proceed an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the package?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
