China Joy Machinery and Equipment Ltd supply crate washer / tray washer which could handle most of the vast variety of sizes, shapes of plastic crate /boxes/trays/basket/plastic pallet/ plastic cage/barrel etc.

The tray washer is with capacities from 150-1800 crates/ hour depending on the degree of soilage.

 

The crate washer machine consist of 2-5 separate washing systems:

1. Hot alkaline water cleaning or hot water cleaning(0-120°C adjustable)

2. Hot water cleaning or cold water cleaning (0-120°C adjustable)

3. Cold water rinsing part

Each part is configured with separate water tank, water pump and double filter trays to prevent any blockage. The water could be re-circulated used with low water consumption.

The entire machine is built up in AISI 304
