8 Acceptance standard


 


8.1 15 days before the delivery time, the seller should notify the buyer to send the die, material, fin oil to the seller’s factory for installation and training.


 


 


8.2 Acceptance standard: should be suitable for the technical agreement and fit for the fin die to produce the qualified products.

9 Guarantee time


 


One year after acceptance of installation and training


 


 


10 After sale service


 


10.1 The seller supply the after sale service forever, and free of charge within the guarantee time


 


10.2 After the guarantee time, the seller provide the spare parts at cost price


 


 


All disputes, claims or matters of breach or non performance arising out of this contract shall be resolved by negotiation
