Q2: Can you provide OEM service? Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation? 1, Size of the products 2, Material and stuff(if have) 3, package 4, Quantities 5, Please send us some pictures and designs for checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
Q4. Where is Greenviews? Is it possible to visit your factory?
A: We are located in Huzhou. It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.
Q5.Shipping Method and Shipping Time? 1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 3-7 working days depends on country and area. 2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port. 3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days 4. Agent appointed by clients.
Q6.What is the MOQ for your production? A. The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.
