1. The production process
The wire galvanizing process for high carbon steel wire is different from low carbon steel wire, as high carbon steel wire is normally drawn after phosphating treatment, and the no-annealed wire surface have wire drawing grease, so before galvanizing need to clean the phosphating film and grease film on wire surface. The actual drawing process is as following:
Water washing→Passivation→Baking→800 Spools take-up.
