Q. What is depth of discharge (DOD)?    

A: The Depth of Discharge (DOD) is a measurement on how deeply a battery is discharged. When a battery is 100% fully charged, its DOD is 0%. Conversely, when a battery is 100% fully discharged (or says out of charge), the DOD is 100%. The deeper a battery is discharged in the application, the shorter its cycle life will be.

Q: What is your delivery time and shipping way?

A: Lead time: cells need 3-5 working days after payment received, sample battery pack needs 5 working days. battery packs (qty above 10) need 15-17 working days, battery packs (qty above 50) need 20-30 working days. 

We can ship goods to you by courier (5-7 working days), by boat(20-30 working days) and by air (3-5 working days).
