Flexible rubber magnets are made by consolidating ferrite powder with polymer matrix.

Raw material is compounded according to its formulae. The resultant granulate is processed in either calenders to thin foils or sheets, or extruders to profiles and strips of any length.

 

Flexible rubber magnets are highly flexible with limitless applications and can be supplied with pressure sensitive adhesive, vinyl, or protective varnish.

Isotoropic - FF-7 (BH max - 0.7 ~ 0.8 MGOe)

 

Semi-anisotropic - FF-10S (BH max = 0.85 ~ 0.95 MGOe)

 

Anisotropic - FF-12BH (BH max - 1.40 ~ 1.50 MGOe)
