PA impact modifier (NG7003)

 

1 )Speciality : It is the maleic anhydride of TPE elastomer .  Appearance: white or light yellow granules . Melt index : (230,2.16kg),1.5g/10min, grafting rate : 1.0% ,density :(g/cm3)

 

2) Usage: a)It is used for the impact modification of PA and PA66 .And improve the impact resistance and freeze resistance, molding and processing capability ,lower the water absorption rate.

b) It is used for the compatilizer for nylon and pp ,for PE alloy plastic.

c) It is used for the macromolecule modifier.(bending) of mineral and nylon with fiberglass.

3) Advised usage percentage : 5%-25% according to the toughen requirement. Add 3-5% for PA6 reinforced and toughened ,add 5% for the PA and PP ,PE alloy plastic

 

4) Package &Transport : 25KGS/bag ,in the kraft bag ,it need to be transport under the dry condition according to the non-dangerous goods.
