The product is made from the high grade kaolinite in Inner Mongolia and Shanxi area through strict process calcination. The product has small size particles with narrow size distribution close to titanium dioxide, and its porosity is higher than the normal calcined kaolin, so it has good covering and ink absorption. Because its basic performance is close to titanium dioxide, when it is used in paper coating, the product can replace titanium dioxide in the vast extent and so reduce the cost. In addition, the wear abrasion of the product is much lower than the normal calcined kaolin, use of the product can significantly reduce the coating blade wear and increase the speed of coater.

In the product formula the product can partly substitute the expensive titanium dioxide and so reduce the production cost.

 

The small particle size and high brightness can improve the paper whiteness, smoothness, gloss and hiding power.

 

The high oil absorption can improve the ink absorption and the printing adaptability.

 

It has good fusion of various chemical agents for its excellent viscosity.

 

Its low abrasion effectively reduces the scraper replacement frequency and thereby reduces the cost.
