RV5 Series is developed to support mid/heavy size concrete grinders. With the front preseparator barrel, the maching separates more than 90% of dust and leave only a small amount of dust goes into a rear barrel for filtering, protecting the filter from clogging or damaging, effectively extending the usable life of the filter

2.Does your company accept custom-made?

Surely, we accept it. Including different color, motor, inverter etc. We also can mark your own logo and brand on the machine. Any new products you want us to produce for you, just send us your drawing or sample, we will produce the same one. We will not sell this kind of products to other customers only if we get your permission.

3. What is a complete surface preparation system?

We recommend a complete surface preparation system including: a concrete grinding machines equipment, industrial vacuum cleaner , right diamond tooling, chemicals( densifier and sealer) and dyes(optional).It is also important to receive proper training to ensure that your projects are completed in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.

4. We make payment for you, what we should do if you don’t send us our order? And what’s your payment terms?

Firstly, we promise that will never happen. We do understand what our new customer worry about. We accept various terms of payment, including L/C, T/T, Paypal and West union. You can choose the best one for you.

5.What we should do if your products don’t work well? Whom do we contact if we get poor quality products?

If our products don’t work well, please check the installation is right or not. Also, please confirm your workers operate in right method. If you confirm everything is ok in your side, please contact us immediately, we will pay much attention and solve your problem asap.
