Q1. What is your terms of payment?                                                                            

A:Usually,we accept T/T.For regular orders,we prefer 30% in advance before we start

producing,70% against the goods finished (or before delivery the goods). For long term

business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?                                                                             

A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or

cost effective for you.

Q3: What is the lead time?                                                                                             

A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after filter sample confirmation and receiving your advance

payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

If the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould made.

Q4: How about tooling Charge?                                                                                    

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge

again even tooling repair or under maintance and we only sell you this goods.

Q5. What is your sample policy?                                                                                  

A: We are glad to send bushing samples for your inspection.Standard samples can be free,

but the clients need to cover the freight cost.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?                                  

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and

fixtures.

Q7: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?                        

1) We can provide bushing air filter samples and you can  choose one or more, and then we 

make the quality according to that, after we get your confirmation we will start produce.

2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your sample. 

Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?                                                   

A: If our problem,you can take photos of the problems or send air filter to us. We will make a 

satisfied solution for you within three days after we confirm the problems.

Q9. What is your terms of packing?                                                                              

A: Generally, we pack filter in neutral cartons or XTSKY brand. If you have legally registered

patent,  we can pack the goods by your logo after getting your authorization letters.

Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?                                                      

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is 

in compliance to the  standards.
