Product Description
It’s a cyclical heat treatment equipment, including furnace pot, charging trolley, vacuum pump and temperature controlling system. With Max. operating temperature of 900℃, it’s mostly applied to vacuum annealing of various metals. Working together with controlling system, this equipment is able to automatically command the heating temperature, and in/out of trolley.
Casing is a firm frame welded by shape steel and high-quality steel plate. Side and back columns employ 8# U-steel.
Whole lining is built completely by qualified refractory fibers, and mounted scientifically by stainless round steels.
Heating elements: they are produced in shape of waves, made from high temperature resistance alloy of FeCrAl (0Cr25Al5).
