The machine with single cylinder high-speed coming and double-doffer output, is suitable for carding 1.5D-20DX38-65mm artificial fiber. The cotton feeding roller is controlled by frequency conversion and the machine is equipped with anti-metal protection device.

Product Introduction:

 

   The machine first opening picking combination machine,then next process is drawing frame,main using for cotton fibre and chemical fiber.Opening, cardingn and removing the dust of the front-end cotton (chemical ).Making the crimp ,massive become straight filament,also removing the break seed ,dust and flock,then throuth the front stick become to the batt network.

2. Each transmission is separated, easily adjusted, nimble control, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
