Carbonized Wood named Heat Treated Wood, it is known as Physical Treated Wood which origin from Europe over 20years history, it is different from other treated wood and nature wood, more environmentally friendly, with more advantages, favoured by customers. The origin wood go through 160℃-230℃ Superheated Steam endure long period treatment then we can get this Carbonized Wood, which is good color, clear wood grain, sweet smell, very beautiful, simple, noble and classic wood.

Production procedure
1.> High temperature kiln dried
Rise temperature to 95-110℃, continue to rise, when climb to 130℃ keep this temperature, dry the wood to nearly 0% humidity.
2.> High temperature treatment
When wood dried, rise the to 185℃-230℃ keep 2-3 hours.
3.> cool air and humidity control
The final step, use sprinkler to low temperature, when to 80℃-90℃, rise humidity to 4-7% then get Carbonized Wood.
