  What's the function of our elctric heating boilers?                              

Functions and Features( induction heating furnace )

1.Multi-function setting: Wide temperature range setting function; you can set the outlet water temperature within 30-85℃ as your wish.

2.Auto temperature control function; It will stop heating when outlet water temperature up to setting, it will also re-start heating when back water temperature 20℃ lower than setting.

3.Time function: Timing switch on/off function according to your personal need.

4.Overtemperature protection function: When heater’s temperature over 85℃,the protector will stop heating.

5. Dry-heating protection function: When heater occurs dry-heating and temperature over 105℃,protector will start to power off, and it will auto recovery and power on when temperature fall to normal. Electric leakage protection: when there is electric leakage occurred, protector will start to power off the heater.

6.Low water pressure protection functions; overpressure protection function;

7.System pressure display timely: Pressure gage will display system pressure in time to let users know the operation status;

8.Anti—freezing function: When system temperature lower than 5℃,system will re-start heating, and it will also stop heating when temperature up to 15℃.

9.Sundries filtering function: Filter is the standard configuration to filter out sundries from system and make sure the normal working.

10.Multi-installation and use mode: Only-heating mode, only shower mode, both heating and shower mode.

11.Circulating pump stop working protection function: If pump stop working by malfunction, system working will be stopped automatically to protect its safe.

FAQ                                                                                                             

1) Questions:
Can your heater work with a room thermostat that will stop the heater from operating when the room temperature reaches the desired temperature and switch it on if the temperature falls below the set temperature?
Note
It is necessary besides the boiler automation system we need to also work with a room temperature control to cut off the heater operation when the pre set temperature is reached so that the room does not overheat.
Answer:
All of our machines with indoor temperature sensor, when the indoor temperature lower or more than setting temp,machine will re-start/stop heating automatically.

2) Questions:
Does the pump starts το operate when the heater is switched on and if not from what water temperature does it starts to operate
At what water temperature the pump stops operating.
Answer:
The circulating pump is working all the time,becuase hot water need to be recycled,the pump will stop operate when you swith off.Pump without relationship with water temperature.

3)Questions:
From your reports if you are able to tell us what consumption is needed and how many hours of the heater to operate for every day for an average insulated house of 100m2 and with outside temperature of 5 to 10 degrees when the inside desired temperature is 21 to 22 degrees?
For a house 100m2 we need a 10kw heater and if it operates 6 to10 hours the consumption will be 60 to 100kw and not 30 to 50. Is this correct or not?

Answer
For 100m2 room, if boiler connect with radiator,think 10KW is enough, if Boiler connect with floor heating,12KW is better,but when choose 12KW , diameter of electric wire will be more than 10mm2(this based on 220V single phase)
Conerning consumption,as we know ,it is with frequency and thermostat function,when reach to setting temp, will stop heating and no consumption, not last working for 10 hours and consumpt 100KW
One of our client buy a 12KW dual fucntion machine(central heating and shower),it keeps switch on for 24 hours each day,the avarage consumption is 66KW per day
So, it is possible for a consumption of 30-50KW for operating6-10 hours a day.

5) Questions:
How much time is needed for the heater to heat the water from 20 degrees (Normal water temperature here) to 45 degrees (the temperature that can start to heat the room area)
Answer:
Heat the water from 20degrees to 45degrees needs about 3-5hours.heat to 70-75degrees needs about 6-8hours.
Customer’s questions:
That's not possible if we have to wait 3 to 5 hours to have a water temperature 45 degrees we will be out of business. Could it be 3 to 5 minutes and not 3 to 5 hours?
Answer:
If only heating water temperature from 20-45 degress,just need 3-5 minutes, this is very normal.
But if heating room temperature from 20-45 degrees(25 degree is enough),if connect with radiators, it need more more 30 mins at least, if connect with floor heating, it need 2-3 hours at least.
