Product Description
During all the active lime production process, the rotary kiln production process is the most advanced one. The successful industry application of environment-friendly, energy-saving active lime stone with vertical preheated and vertical cooler breaks traditional pattern of lime production. Due to reduction of fuel consumption significantly and reducing exhaust emissions, coupled with the adoption of pulse-packs dust-catcher purify exhaust, not only makes production cost and the energy consumption greatly reduced, but also the calcinations process of emission slandered, environmental condition is kept substantially.
Introduction
Lime can be divided into two types: ordinary lime and active lime. The former is mostly fired in earth kilns and ordinary shaft kilns, and its activity is generally within 200ml, which is mainly used for construction and road repair; the latter is mainly composed of mechanical shaft kilns and rotary kilns. After calcination, the activity can reach 300~420ml. Limes calcined in rotary kilns are of better quality, and they are mainly used in industries such as steel smelting, chemical industry and power plant desulfurization.
Raw Material
The particle size of limestone is required to be 10-40mm, and the part exceeding the upper limit of 40mm and the lower limit of 10mm shall not exceed 5%.
Production Process
1.Qualified limestone stores in silos and be shipped through the pre-heater by the elevator into the silos which is on the top of the pre-heater. The pre-heater on the top of silos is consisted of top and bottom level meter controllers which control the feeding capacity.Then through the feed tube the limestone is distributed to the indoor compartment of the pre-heater.
2.The limestone in the pre-heater is heated to around 900 by the kiln flue gas of 1150 . At this time, about 30% of the limestone has been decomposition. Then the limestone is put into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic stem. In the rotary kiln the limestone sinters and decomposes into CaO and CO2. Then the decomposed.
2.The limestone in the pre-heater is heated to around 900 by the kiln flue gas of 1150 . At this time, about 30% of the limestone has been decomposition. Then the limestone is put into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic stem. In the rotary kiln the limestone sinters and decomposes into CaO and CO2. Then the decomposed.
3. limestone goes into the cooler and is cooled to about 100 by the cold air and then is discharged. The 600 hot air after heat exchange goes into the kiln and combusts with gas. The Exhaust gas blended with the cold wind go to the bag filter through the suction fan and then through the exhaust fan into the chimney.
4.The limestone out of the cooler enters into the lime storehouse through the vibrating feeder, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator and belt conveyor. Whether to carry out screening and other procedures depends on customer requirements.

The process advantage of ZK Corp lime plant
The calcination process adopts pre-heater+ rotary kiln+ vertical cooler system,it can reduce the fuel consumption 40%, increase output capacity 30% due to reuse the waste gas in the system. The other advantages are in the following.
