Melamine Moulding Compound Powder is made from Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin added cellulose as filler, pigments, curing agent, lubricant. 100% pure Melamine Moulding Compound Powder is not add Urea Moulding Compound to cut cost, and it is more safe to moulding dinnerware.

MMC can be supplied in an almost unlimited range of colours from light pastels to black. Hard, glossy and scratch resistant surface.

Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR),§177.1460. Melamine-formaldehyde resins may be safely used as the food-contact surface of molded articles.

Glazing Powder, also called as Melamine Glazing Powder or Overlay Resin. Its main component has same molecular structure as Melamine Moulding Compound Powder but without cellulose filler. It scatters on the surfaces of melamine tablewares in moulding step, which can make the surfaces of melamine tableware more shining.

Field of application:

UMC and MMC molding compounds can be used to produce many products.

1.Kitchen utensils and kitchen ware, imitation ceramic dinnerware, tableware (plates, cups, mugs, saucers, ladles, spoons,bowls and dishes), melamine crockery.

2.Entertainment products, such as dominoes, dice, mahjong, chess and so on.

3.Daily necessities: imitation porcelain, resin craft, imitation pearls, ashtray, coat buttons and pins, sanitary accessories, toilet seat.

4.Electrical appliance: switch, sockets, wall-plates, MCB, wiring equipment, lamp holder, electric lamp socket, relay, plug outlet connector. 

Plastic woven bag with inner moisture proof polyethylene bag. Kept in airy, dry and cool place. 

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date.

Transportation Caution: avoid moisture, heat, dirt and packaging damage.
