Part 1 automatic packing system
1) Platform(According to the actual size)
This platform is mainly used to hold the hopper and weighing device, it always customized as your workshop space.
Standard marerial is carbon steel with powder coated(paint color optional), stainless steel also can be customized.
2) Weighing & Packing machine
This part for weighing and filling your product before packing it into the bags. Weighing range from 5kg to 25kg & 20kg to 50kg(different model)
First one: gravity type_ for granular(gravity + vibration can be provided to meet the particle packaging with higher speed requirements)
Second one: screw type_ for powder(vertical spiral form can be provided to meet the ultra-fine powder packaging project)
Third one: belt type_ for flaky
3) Automatic bag feeding machine
This series auto bagging machine is designed for bagging all types of free flowing materials into plastic, paper or poly-woven open-mouth bags.
The staff only needs to put a set of bags on the bag storage table. Open mouth bag will be feeded to the filling position from a bag magazine via a vacuum chuck. Then opens the bag and places it under the filling spout. Filling your bags becomes a fast and
reliable operation.

Step 1
High performance suction cups pick up the empty bags from the magazine and place it onto the filling position.
Step 2
Holding the bag by 4 high polymer material bag clamp and open the bag by suction cups.
Step 3
filling your product into the bags then transfer to next working position.
Part 2 automatic palletizing system
A. JB-SDZ1 turn bag shaped conveyor
This belt conveyor make the bag turn down and shapped the bag to the next work position. It will be necessary and easy for robot to pick up.

B. Metal detector
