Products Description
AWD-39 Carbon and Ash Content Tester used in the ash tester is new energy-saving product, it needs to be used together with the furnace temperature controller which is the series of KSW and the nickel chrome-nickel silicon thermocouples to gain the aim of displaying, adjusting and controlling the furnace temperature. The instrument is used to determine the ash of the petroleum products.
The shapes of the series of the boxed resistance furnace are all cuboids. The shell of the furnace is made of the thin steel by bent and welded. The fire box is made of the refractory, where are holes evenly distributed around it for resistance wires passed by. The resistance wires are coiled by radiohm alloy. The thermocouples is inserted in the fire box through the hole.
