1.wire flattening-(To flat the round wire to single flat wire)
2.wire gluing combine machine-(Use glue to adhesive the single flat wire together,get the wire band)
3.staple pin forming machine-(To press ,forming,cut the wire band to the final staple pin)

At first,you need to buy the raw material:\u0081galvanized wire(low cabon /middle carbon steel after cold-drawing,coated with zinc) And also need glue.

1.wire flattening machine
To flat the round glavanized wire to flat wire,and the suitable thickness

2.wire gluing combine machine
Use glue to combine the single wire to suitable width wire band

3.Hydraulic pressure Staple/Staple Pin Making Machine  
To press and form the wire band to the final product,staple/staple pin
