NPK fertilizer plant equipments can be widely used for manufacturing various kinds of NPK fertilizers with different concentrations and types, in addition,it can be used for producing organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers and biology fertilizers etc. It is mainly used for producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to 6mm.
Main components of NPK compound fertilizer production line
1.Automatic batching system,the amount of all raw materials will be controlled accurately by the electronic belt scale according to the pre-set fertilizer formula;
2.Granulator ,all raw material will be fed into granulator to get fresh granules;
3.Rotary dryer,the fresh granules have to be dried to remove the moisture,in addition, the strengthen of the granules will be improved via drying;
4.Rotary cooler,the temperature of fertilizer granules after drying is too high ,so we need rotary cooler to low the granules' temperature;
5.Coating machine, the fertilizer granules will be sprayed a film to prevent caking and make its surface more smooth;
6.Sieving machine,it will seperate the qualified fertilizer granules with oversize granules and fine powder ,the unqualified granules and powder will be recycled to the granulator again;
7.Packing machine,qualified granules will be sent to the packing machine and storage in bulk.
8.Dust removal system ,it includes cyclone dust collector ,bag filter ,settling chamber,spray tower and chimney,via these machines ,the dust can be collected and recycled by the production line.
