We developed the automatic oiling equipment for the global customers manufacturing idler rollers, which adopt Mitsubishi FX1S series PLC operating system, stepping motor, air pressure control and other advanced digital touch screen technology. It is easy to be operated and controled. You are free to adjust the quantity of oil injection, and constinously rotation oiling. The oiling of 3000 sets of sealing rings can be conpleted per worker per machine and per shift, which greatly enhances the seals oiling efficiency for the idler factory and saves a lot of labor costs. Since it is put on the makcet, it has been favored by domestic and foreign users.

There are four advanced technology punch-press production lines, high precision injection production center, modern mould machining center and electroplating workshop. There are more than 80 punch equipment (tonnage:63T-400T) brought from TAIWAN JINFENG,which can manufacture the bearing end cap, the thickness range is from 1.0mm to 6.0mm. All of the production lines will be examined by the equipment imported from Italy, the tolerance is correct to 0.001mm, which ensures the products diamonds quality.
