this plastic sheet extruder is used for making plastic PP PE ABS PET PMMA HIPS PC etc sheet,
these sheet can be used for packing iterms stationery products, roofing sheet, vacuu forming product for car , train, bus, industrial product packing, advertising plate etc.
this line include feeder, dryer, extruder, T-die, calender, cooling tray, haul-off and cutter, winder or stacker.

1:Famous brand pre-drying and crystallization system ensures material is dried and crystallized to requested grade before feeding.
2:Specially designed high efficiency screw nitrified with hardness ≥860,perfectly suits for PET material and enables highest max output with least power consumption.It is compatible with PP,PS sheets production as well if need.
3:Hydraulic driven double position screen change enables easy mesh changing during production without stopping.
4:Gear pump with 2 sets of pressures sensors loop controlled by PLC guarantees very stable melted flow pressure for high quality sheets production request.
5: hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width adjustable.
6:Horizontal type calendering unit consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted Japanese famous brand bearing,which all guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by high quality A/C motor with AB speed inverter.
7:PID automatically temperature controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C which helps much for good quality sheets' production.
