1. How can I get samples?

·We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

·If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

·If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

·The charge both sample and courier cost will be return you once the mass order placed.

2. How much the courier freight will be charged for the samples?

·Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area. Our courier agent TNT and DHL will be save you 20% total courier charges because we have a long-term agreement. However, you also can use your courier company to pick up.

3. How can I get your quotation sheet?

· Please send us your inquiry with our products model number by email or fax, we will offer you our price list, offer sheet and order information within one working day.

 4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

·Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing for free.

 5. What’s your usual payment term for orders?

·T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading.

·Or any payment term to discuss.

6. What’s the warranty of your products?

·Usually we guarantee two years after delivery date, but depending on the specified product.
