what is slurry pump? A slurry pump is a type of pump designed for pumping liquid containing solid particles. Slurry pumps changes in design and construction to adjust to multiple type of slurry which varies in concentration of solids, size of solid particles, shape of solid particles, and composition of solution. Slurry pump are more robust than liquid pumps; they have added sacrificial material and replaceable wear parts to withstand wear due to abrasion.
Product Description:
These pumps are double casing, cantilever and horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. Pump discharge outlet can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications. Optional shaft seal types: packing seal, expeller seal, mechanical seal.
KA(R)/KH/KM(R) series pumps are designed for handling liquids containing abrasive solids or high density slurry and L series pump is designed for transporting low density and low abrasive slurry with small particles in metallurgy, mine, coal, power, building material and general industries. These pumps can be installed in multistage condition to meet the delivery for long distance.
KA(R)/KM(R)/KL(R) series pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal or natural rubber liners, impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. HH series pump liner and impeller are made of wear-resistant high chrome alloy.
L(R) series pump is withhigh speed, compact size, less occupied area.

Product Features:
Replaceable wear-resistantmetal liners, impellers&volute liners are made of wear-resistant metal(such as A05, A49,and other high chrome metal or rubber).
·Bearing assembly uses cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller & front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Grease lubrication.
·The impeller can be 2--6 blades ones, making the pump more effective. And the pump can achieve in excess of 87% in the best efficiency area.
·Shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. One pump also can be use packing seal with expeller seal together.
