Product performance: Diethanolisopropanolamine(DEIPA) mainly be used in the cement grinding aid,  used to replace Triethanolamine and Triisopropanolamine, has the extremely good grinding effect.

With Diethanolisopropanolamine as the core material made of grinding aid in improving their strength of cement for three days at the same time, can improve the strength of 28 days.

Under the condition of strong adaptability early strength is more higher than triethanolamine, but in general, it was only slightly lower than triethanolamine, no doubt, can significantly increase the later strength, generally higher than Triisopropanolamine.

 

Application of Diethanolisopropanolamine:

1, Used for cement grinding aid can improve the efficiency of grinding, has significant effect to improve the strength of cement and clay; Recommended dosage range of 0.005 ~ 0.015%, and the actual dosage advises clients depending on the specific situation.

2, Diethanolisopropanolamine-DEIPA can be used alone, also can with Triethanolamine, Triisopropanolamine and other alcohols, amines, esters used material compatibility.

3, Used as cement grinding aid, early enhanced 3 ~ 5 mpa, the late 4 ~ 8 mpa.

4, The molecular structure contains two kinds of alcohol and amine functional group at the same time, under some appropriate conditions can react with a variety of material generated ester, amide, salt, etc
