1.Morel Knowledge.
Morel, also named Morchella Esculenta or Morchella Conica, which is full of nutritions with nice taste especially the necessary amimo acids to human body. So it has an unique health care function, for example indigestion treatment, shortness of breath caring, refreshing etc.
Edible Method: wash clean for make soup ,stewed chicken or meat.
2.Dried Morel Grades.
(1) Jumbo grade, cap above 7cm, no stem;
(2) Special grade, cap 2-6cm, no stem;
(3) Extra grade, cap 2-6cm, stem 2cm;
(4) Standard grade, cap 2-6cm, stem 3-4cm;
(5) Industrial grade;
