The below is our different technology of drawstring bags , when you require , you can tell us which method you want to go with,as all the sewing way have different cost .  

1. For printing , silk printing is the cheaspest way for 1 color logo, it is most popular .\

    Heater transfer printing is good for small CMYK logo on color bag , since cost is basic on size , so when you require , please send your logo size ,so we can give you exactly cost .

    Sublimation printing , it is CMYK printing on white fabric , so that make inside fabric in white color when outside is full color . We have our own sublimation printing machine , so we accept small order like 100pcs with mixed logo .Like you can do 100pcs with 2-3 different artwork , it is helpful to test market.we will give you more support . Sublimation printing is cheaper than heater transfer for full color printing on bag .

     We also use sublimation printing on big order , that makes bags more nice , cause after printing , fabric is still fell like the fabric itself , not like heater transfer printing , it's like a sticker outside and make fell hard .Our Sublimation colour fastness can be 3-4 , can wash in machine . 

2. We havd different sewing way for bottom corner support , all is stronger .

     PU corner is the best way for drawstring bag , price is most costly .

      Inside with non woven fabric support , it is cheaper than PU ,price is middle .

      Webbing tap , it is stronger , price is cheaper than non woven , but color is hard to match the bag color , since the webbing color and fabric color is different .

       Body fabric tap price is same with webbing , but color can match well .

       600D corner price is same as the PU one . 

        Reflect conner is good for kids drawstring bag .

        For the ring , we have also in plastic , it make bags more high quality .

        We can also sewing PU name card holder .

The below fabric color is 6OZ cotton , it all have in stock for MOQ 500pcs .

The color is not exactly as PMS color , it just closed .If you have your own PMS color , we can help you to find closed fabric ,we can take picture with PMS card or send swatch to you confirm.
