     A: 1. most important: we are a hats and caps manufacture, not a trade company,

                                                  we will give out the price without any other cost;

         2. we own 9 BEHRINGER embroidery machines for mass production and 2 for sampling,                                        and we have our own print workshop, all the logo is made ourself. So cost could be strictly controlled.    

         3. our capacity for every day is around 10000PCS

2.  Q: What is your MOQ?

     A: Our MOQ is 500PCS, but for even small order like 50PCS, it's ok. We can help you make it.

4.  Q: What is the largest embroidery size possible for the front of a hat?

     A: For six panel baseball cap, largest embroidery size is 4.7" wide x 2.6" tall for the front.

         For five panel baseball cap, largest embroidery size is 5.2" wide x2.75" tall for the front.

5. Q: What type of artwork do you require in order to embroidey or printing on the caps and hats?

    A: We prefer vector artwork in EPS,AI or PDF format

        but we can also artwork in jpgs, bmps, tiffs or almost any other clear artwork.

    A: Of course...and it is free!
