Product Description:                                                                                                                         

 

 

 

Silane KH-602 is a two-amino-bifunctional silane. Amino can react with many kinds of resins. While, the Si-OH formed after the hydrolysis of the dimethoxy can have condensation reaction with the hydroxyl on the surface of the inorganic materials. Thus erected between inorganic materials and resins, “molecular bridge”, to play a role in coupling.

 

Silane KH-602 a colorless to slightly yellowish low-viscosity liquid with an amine-like odor. It is soluble in alcohols, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons. However acetone and phenoxin can not be used as diluents. This product can also be soluble in water, but hydrolysis occurs and hydrolysates have a certain storage period.

 

 

 

Product Application:                                                                                                                            

      

        -   Textile: as a raw material for amino polysiloxane production

        -   Coating & ink:  improve adhesion

        -   It can be used as an additive in cold-curing phenolic and furan foundry resins to improve the flexural strength of sand/resin elements with very long shelf life of the resins

        -   Mineral fiber insulated composite: pretreatment of fillers and pigments & improve the adhesion between inorganic stuffing, base material and resin

        -   Sealant & adhesive: improve adhesion & used as prime coat & used in RTV silicones and hybrid silane-crosslinded sealants, polysulfied sealants, plastisol sealants, phenolic resin adhesive

        -   Synthesis of functional silicones(amino-silicone oil for textile auxiliary)
