Product: 3/16" PTFE Braided Hose (5mm PTFE Hose), Min Burst pressure 820 Bar.
Material: PTFE tubing/FEP tubing + Stainless Steel (SS 304) Reinforcement
Working Temperature: -54°C ~ 230°C
Suniu PTFE Hose advantages:
1. PTFE inner tubing Crystallinity control( ptfe tubing crystallinity affacts the pressure, flexiblity of ptfe hose)
2. Standard 304 stainless steel wire(Much better rust and corrosion resistance), no 201 stainless steel wire ( 201 S/S wire is cheaper than 304 stainless steel wire)
3. Heavy marking on ptfe inner tubing to marke sure ptfe hose cutting not open.Hard 304 stainless steel wire(1600~2000mpa strength) used. Quality ptfe hose machine used to mmake sure heavy marking on ptfe inner hose. Therefore,the working pressure of suniu ptfe flexibe hose catach up or exceed SAE J517 100R 14 standard.
