30 days to 45 days, depend on the model and quantity

We offer warranty on frame 3 years, , battery 1.5years, motor 1year ,controller 1year.
5.How about the shipping ?
We can arrange to ship the container or you may have your own forwarder.
We deliver sample by airmail express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.
6.Is sample available?
Yes, sample order is acceptable, there will be extra cost.
7.Can i choose the colors ?
Yes, Taiwan Y-S painting is available. After color code 9 series, there would be a extra cost.

Every electric bicycle has CE/EN15194 certificate from SGS

16. How can I go to the factory ?
LIANMEI factory is located in Yongkang city, Zhejiang province, China.
It is 1.5 hours by air from Guangzhou; 1 hour by car from Yiwu;
3 hours by D-train from Shanghai to Jinhua (Jinghua is very near to our city, only 40minutes by car).
