Payment:

What are the terms of payments you offer?

Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union, L/C and cash only.

  

Packing:

Packed with plywood cases, which ensure your goods' safety. We accept your packing, all by customers' request.

During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery .

 

Shipment:

How long will it take to deliver goods?

We will ship the goods within 7-20 days after payment confirmed. And we will offer the BI after the goods are shipped.

What about the warranty you offer?

We provide 12 months warranty for equipment and 10 years warranty for membrane products. There is no warranty if man-made damage.
