Production Flow
choose excellent down material,adopt most advanced down washing,technology and washed equipments,the raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with wather for at least one hour.dehydrated for 15minutes,dried in drying machine at temperature 120℃ for no less than30 minutes, cooling 6minutes,and then packing.
