(1)The LD Single Girder Overhead/Bridge Crane  (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning. Our annual turnout is 20, 000 units for the whole market. The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate. Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearance above the rail, which is excellent for the maintenance of the crane. In some Middle East countries, the clearance is less than this, so please indicate this data before inquiry.

(2) LDY single girder crane for metallurgy is mainly used for lifting molten metal and foundry location. Its configured lifting mechanism is model YH2 electric hoist for metallurgy, hoisting capacity<=10t. 

Main girder bottom of crane adopts to special heat insulation disposal.Working environment temperature is -10C~60, relative humidity is <=50% in 40C.design and manufacture of crane meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc #(2007) 375.the requirements of AQSIQ Doc#(2007)375. Other situations that lift fusion non-metallic material or hot solid metal can refer.

(3)LDP model motor -driven signle beam crane belongs to very low clearance light duty lifting equipment. Electric hoist is at one side of main girder, so can increase service space of hook and reduce the cost. With advantages of big trolley tread, smooth traveling, tight structure, strong rigidity, delicate operation, low noise, safety and reliability and beautiful exterior, it is widely used in the situation that clearance height of workshop is low and the operating ambient temperature is -25C~40C degree.

LDP model motor-driven single beam crane is designed and produced according to GB/T 3811-2008, JB/T 1306-2008 standard and used with model CD1 MD1. It is a light duty crane with rated load of 3 t 10 tons. The span is 7.5~22.5m. Working grade is A3-A4 and lifting height is 6~12m. The main operating method is ground control (ground control, remote control, ground control +remote control). If the span and lifting height is out of the range that style book lists, we can do non-standard design according to user's requirement.

(4) LX electric single girder overhead crane are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with national standards.Using with CD1,MD1 model electric hoist , it can be a light rail to run a small crane. Its lifting weight of 0.5 to 5tons, span of 3 to 16m, working class of A3 to A5 and the working environment temperature of -25 to +40oC . It is forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments.

(5) It is driven and operated by man and hand, it don't need electric power.we are adopt the advanced technology:auto- production no-weld U-shape and one stop molding main girder,end beams.SLX Type Manual Single-girder Suspension Crane is in compliance with JB 3775. Its lifting capacity is 0.5t~3t and span is 3~12 m. It is usually used at sites like warehouses without power source, workshops or places for equipment inspection and repaired. Here the carrying work and speed are not so large and usage is not so frequent. Its ambient working temperature should not be lower than -20 centigrade degrees. Manual monorail crab and manual hoist are its single matched products.
