1. The XJ115 rubber extruder is used mainly for extruding rubber hoses.Furthermore, it can be employed for extruding rubber 

rods, tyre tread and other products only by changing the relevant die-head .

 

2. The rubber strider model XJ-115 mainly consists of the screw, outer jacket, bushing, barrel, and die-head and driving system.

 

3.  For the Screw, It is the main part of rubber extruder with a double decreasing depth helical and certain compression ratio. It is made of top quality material, 380CrMoAlA, After hardening and tempering as well as nitrogen treatment, the inner surface hardness is HRC60, metrication treatment which gives it higher hardness and wear resistance.
