What is enamel water tank?
Porcelain enamel is a composite material. The metal is coated with enamel one or several layers, after calcined, enamel coating is perfectly covered on the surface of metal. Porcelain enamel has the same mechanical strength and handling characteristics as metal, and it has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, abrasion proof, resist heat, non-poisonous and easy decorative.
Porcelain enamel tank composes of three layers. Non-metal inner layer,mixed layer and alloy steel layer.The non-metal inner layer is a kind of silicate, so it never faces the danger of scale or corrosion, just like glass. Also after barking at 900 degree Celsius, enamel coating is so perfectly covered on the surface of inner steel plate that water has no chance to contact with innner plate.System operates under pressure,performance enhancd greatly.
As enamel coating has property of heat insulation,big heat capacity and small heat loss,so the working life of polyurethance foam will be much longer & efficient.

Installation and Matters of 1.5KW Electric Heater
1. The electric heater is the auxiliary heater of solar water heater.
2. Before installation, please check if the specification and technical parameters of the electric heater in accordance with your requirement.
3. Make sure professional electrician operate during installation. “L” or red wire is Fire Wire. “N” or blue wire is Zero Wire. “” or yellow-green wire is ground wire. It is prohibited to use without grounding, and make sure use the ALCI (Electric leakage protection plug).
4. This product is for water heating design, the heating media is water. It is prohibited to heat without water or heat any other liquid or gas. The company shall not be responsible for the product fault and related accident caused by these reasons.
5. Please store the electric heater in the dry environment. Cut off the power when you take a bath. This product is guaranteed for one year.
