Q1:Where can I get product&price information? How to start a custom-made project with your company?

A1:Send us e-mail , we will contact you as we receive your mail. According to the design drawings or original samples for our quotation and technical proposal you offer us, we will meet your demand.

 Q2:How long can i get the sample?

A2:Depends on your specific items, if we have mould,7-12 days is required generally. 

Q3:Do your company deal in retailing business?

A3:We only do the wholesale but not retail, so we do not offer to personal or family.

 Q4:Are these lovely pieces of resin art dishwasher /microwave safe?

A4:Sorry,resin product cannot use for eating.High temperature will damage the products.

 Q5:What’s your Minimum order?

A5:We request 300cartons for tealight candles, and 5000 pcs for the exist wax candles(pillar or votive or craft candles) , 10000pcs for glass jar candles and tin candles. 

 Q6:What types of payment do you accept?

A7:Depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Generally it requires around 20-40 days to produce after the deposit.
