1.AC motor drive system drives fabric input roller, fore guiding roller, rear guiding roller and fabric output roller, four-axis linkages controlled by PLC.
2.Adopted multi axis PID algorithm to realize constant tension control, it makes the original open-loop of fabric guiding process into a closed-loop process control which improves the stability and reliability of the system.
3.The changeable fabric table is an independent innovation and the knife-edge has been improved, a complanate contact with fabric which is suitable for the shearing of thin fabric.
