2. The main characteristics of the  thermal oil boiler making machine

2.01. This thermal oil boiler making machine are controlled by microcomputer, which could complete plate end pre-bending and bending to cylinder once load the metal plate on machine, do not need u-turn plate.
2.02. The four working rollers of thermal oil boiler making machine  adopt steel 42CrMo, after forging, quenching and tempering, hardness is HB240~280, have advantages of good mechanical properties, high strength, strong wear resistance, suitable for high load operation, long service life.
2.03. The working roller bearing of thermal oil boiler making machine adopts rolling bearing, small friction coefficient, reducing the loss of reactive power, saving energy.

 

2.04. Lower roller and side rollers up and down were driven by hydraulic transmission, lifting displacement is controlled by computer, automatic leveling, screen digital display, and the synchronization accuracy is ± 0.1mm. Rolling is high precision, convenient operation.

 

2.05. Upper roller rotation is installed encoder; operator can identify roller rotary position, to find the seam of pipe.

 

2.06. The plate rolling machine is provided with a movable operation panel, more convenient for operation personnel, touch screen displays the three rollers position, and enables the operator to stick out a mile.

 

2.07. Electrical control system applies smart high-speed PLC programmable controller from Japan OMRON company, which has protection function of man-machine dialogue, fault self-diagnosis, fault operation smart identification, machine parts monitoring, logic processing, power off memory, etc; the system has advantages of strong anti-interference capability, long service life, anti-seismic, running stable,etc.

 

208. Sensor of the machine, lower and side rollers lifting displacement transducer adopt with high precision sensor, to ensure the position precision and realize the roller position monitoring.
