Usage

• Excellently suited to print onto pre-treated PE and PP, but also onto PU, PA, melamine resins, phe-nolic resins, metal, anodized aluminum, var-nished surfaces,wood, and glass.


• Use this machine on POM ( hostaform and Derlin) , Please dry it with Drying closet about 300-400 ℃ time for 3 - 4 seconds.

Production Advantage

• 1-component ink and drying can be used as two-component ink used. As a two-component ink, the ink drying speed depends on the speed of response and hardening agent. The higher the temperature, the faster the drying rate. In the fast printing, the first film has not been fully cured ink printed before;


• If dried at room temperature, print should be printed after the previous 48 hours (when using hardener TPH1) or 8 hours (with hardening agent TPH2) for. The use of ink and the curing temperature is not lower than 15 ℃, otherwise it will result in irreversible damage. Also, because of the humidity-sensitive hardening agent in within a few hours after the high humidity should be avoided;


• TPU series of ink fade resistance using only a strong resistance to fading paint. With varnish or other color ink (especially the white ink) mixed deployment, its fade resistance and wind resistance will be due to the deployment of the proportion of different degrees of weakening. Printing ink thinner will weaken their resistance to fading. For outdoor use, must be used hardener TPH1. TPU ink pigments used by a solvent-resistant plastic and features;


• Compression of the completely dry, the ink film was very good adhesion, scratch resistance and anti-adhesion, but also a large number of chemicals, oil, grease and solvent resistant. But the glass does not have the washability printing (which recommended the Marabu GL ink).

Usage

     TPY is especially suitable to use on ABS,pre-treated PP and PE,rigid PVC, polyethylene, metal, wood, paper as well as paperboard.when adding hardening agent H1 or H2,the adhesion of ink will be improved.When print on PP or PE,the object should be treated by the fire or corona.

Production Advantage

1. Drying This is a fast drying ink.20deg.c about 2-3 mins and 30 deg.c 30-40s.If the hardening agent H1 or H2 be added,the drying time will be longer.The drying time also depended on the obejct,the deepth of etching, drying condition and additive.  
2. Resistance to fade TPY series ink made by high fade resistance paint. When it is used with gloss oil or other ink,the fade resistance and weathering quality will be reduced accordingly.The reduction of the ink thickness will also affect the fade resistance.The paint of this kind of ink has high solvent resistance and plasticizing agent resistance.  
3. The ink layer has good adhesion,scratch resistance and stickness resistance after drying.It has good resistance to many chemicals such as oils,acid, alkali and alcohol.

Usage

TPR is especially suitable to use on hard PVC,PS ABS,SAN ,PC,PMMA,some soft PVC,wood,paper and paperboard.when adding hardening agent H1 or H2,the adhesion of ink will be improved. Then it can be printed on the surface of paint,aluminum and Thermosetting plastic.The excellent gloss and easy drying makes it widely use to print on some high requirement product such as cosmetic package and high scratch resistance package.

Production Advantage 

1.Drying under 20deg.c about 60s and 30 deg.c about 15s.Adding hardening agent H1 or H2 it drying time become longer.  
2. Resistance to fade  
TPR series ink made by high fade resistance paint.When it is used with gloss oil or other ink,the fade resistance and weathering quality will be reduced accordingly.The reduction of the ink thickness will also affect the fade resistance.The paint of this kind of ink has high solvent resistance and plasticizing agent resistance.  
3. Repellence  
The ink layer has good adhesion,scratch resistance and stickness resistance.Sometimes,adding 10% hardening agent H1 or H2 will improve the adhesion,solvent resistance of the ink.
